All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once shipped, your order will usually reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order using the link provided in the notification.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly.
Shreekhaas Nuts will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging; however, if you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it.

In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide appropriate compensation or replacement.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
